Ordering

How do I place an order?
Select your favorite items, add them to your cart, and complete your order through the checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible at info@fitmotionclo.com. We will then check if it is still possible.

Shipping

What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs within the Netherlands are €6.95.
For orders over €75, shipping is free.

Which delivery services do you use?
We ship with PostNL and DHL.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered within 1–3 business days after they have been shipped.

Returns / Exchanges

Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes, you can return or exchange your item within 14 days.

What are the conditions for returns?
The item must be:
in good condition
undamaged
the tag/label must still be attached

How do I request a return or exchange?

Refund

When will I get my money back?
Once we have received and checked your return, the amount will be refunded via the original payment method.
